Luke uses his Relax Sauna everyday. "It is the last thing I do before I go to bed.
I hadn't really used the sauna before I didn't understand the power of the sauna. I use it for 20 minutes. I have a fitness tracker. I track my sleep. What is so fascinating is the about of REM sleep I am getting. Which is staked toward the first 20 percent of the night.
