Today were having some fun doing a little crappie and panfish catch and cook on one of the local lakes. We decided to do a little fly fishing vs spin fishing competition, after which we cook these crappie right on the lake with a couple new recipes! Winter crappie fishing is one of the best time to catch a lot of these fish and a lot of big ones for that matter. Usually fishing little trout or panfish magnets under floats or fly fishing small nymphs is the way to get it done!
