Library of Congress Honors Herman Wouk with the first lifetime acheivement award for fiction

The Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the musician Jimmy Buffet will help honor Herman Wouk, 93, the author of “The Caine Mutiny” and “The Winds of War,” among many other novels, when he receives the first lifetime achievement award for fiction writing from the Library of Congress on Wednesday. Martha Raddatz, the ABC News correspondent, will join other participants in reading from Mr. Wouk’s work at the event at the Library of Congress, which is free and open to the public.
