Stretch and tone your entire body with this Pilates Yoga Workout, that will teach you how to strengthen toned muscles, while also stretching your muscles with calming yoga poses. This class will work up toward's Dancer's Pose. Modifications included for all levels.

Equipment: Yoga Blocks - if you do not have yoga blocks, you can use light 1-2 lb hand weights instead. However, you can still do this workout without any equipment.
