Minced meat 200 grams
A cotyledon
Two spoons of tomato paste
One large onion
salt and pepper
potato
Eggplant and tomato

We fry the onion in a pot with oil until it is fried, then we add the minced meat and fry it well
Add salt and pepper and add the half-cooked soaked cobs
Then we add the paste, and when the color of the paste opens, we add boiling water. Finally, we add lemon juice
We fry potatoes, tomatoes and eggplants and leave them for the last five minutes to stew and drink.
