Mike Babcock returns?

Is Mike Babcock coming back to be a head coach? He had an awkward exit a few years ago from the Toronto Maple Leafs. The way he treated Mitch Marner was unacceptable. Will the Blue jackets give him a chance? or will it be someone else?
