Quick Acrylic Pour - About 5 Minutes From Start to Finish on a 12 X 12 Canvas

A frequent questions I get asked is how quickly can you do an acrylic pour? It doesn't take much time at all if you have all your supplies organized and available.

In this video we use my normal pouring medium, 70% Elmer's Glue-All and 30% water, which I have mixed up in a 1 gallon glue bottle for convenience. I am also using Liquitex Basics colors which I have found are some of the best, and most economical, paints to use for pouring. It really doesn't take much time at all to do an acrylic pour. Deciding on the colors and how you want to layer them seems to take the most time for me.

Pouring Medium Recipe

70% glue to 30% water - Mix 2 parts pouring medium to 1 part paint.
