On Friday, June 02, 2023, Judge McCullough declared that cast ballots ARE ANONYMOUS! The judge then heard arguments related to King County's motion to dismiss WEiCU's case regarding whether or not cast ballots are public records that should be subject to disclosure under WA's Public Records Act.
On Monday, June 5th, at 3 pm, the judge decided Not to allow the WEICU to inspect the 2020 ballots.
