Barnes: Project Veritas Lawsuit to Silence James O'Keefe is Frivolous

The lawsuit PV filed against O'Keefe has stripped away all the phony pretext, this was all about stopping James O'Keefe. How can a non-profit like PV have a non-compete? They make no profits to compete against. They have no trade secrets that O'Keefe didn't bring in himself. Trying to keep O'Keefe from talking to people he has known for years will not fly with the courts as most non-competes are not enforceable.

According to PV's employment contract disputes are supposed to go to arbitration but PV broke its own contract to sue. It is THAT ridiculous.

The only question it seems is who paid/bribed the board to destroy PV. We suspect if was Pfizer. Let's hope the evidence comes out.
