The first thing I noticed about the Northside Womens Snohomish Waterproof Hiking Boot is that it is slightly heavier than what I am used to. Despite my initial worries, I decided to give it a shot since I was in need of a good pair of waterproof hiking boots.
I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were upon wearing them for a long period of time! I did notice that the back of the ankle rubbed a bit, but this was not enough to make me regret my decision to purchase these boots.
I found that the boots provided ample support to my feet and ankles, which is necessary when hiking. I opted to wear thick socks with these boots, which worked out perfectly for me.
