Rare Encounter: Gopher Tortoise Lays Eggs in My Backyard!

In this video, I had a once-in-a-lifetime experience when a gopher tortoise laid her eggs in my backyard! Gopher tortoises are a threatened species, and it's rare to see them up close like this. I was lucky enough to capture the entire process on camera, from the moment she started digging her nest to the moment she laid her eggs and covered them up.
