Unconstitutionally sent to prison. For what?

Does anyone know this guy David Biddell Portman he lives in Birmingham, Kitts Green. His appeal should be a quashed conviction and sentence. But he has British solicitors/barristers.

This sentence and law is unconstitutional and outrageous. The police said " We still don’t know what Biddell-Portman had intended to do with the weapons."
