Whose Fault is all the trauma?

I am back from a presenting engagement at the Better Way Conference in Bath, England. First time doing something like that, and it was a learning experience, especially to figure out how to present an Exit the Cave idea in less than 10 minutes.
But one piece I thought I should have included was on the subject of trauma, especially our early traumas. we come to the belief that we must have done something wrong, or we are somehow "bad" for the traumas to have happened. I disagree with that idea. The catalyst is someone/thing else.
