💬 LESSON DESCRIPTION:
Most of us want to learn our scales since they can be quite helpful for theory, fretboard mapping, improvisation, and understanding the melody in pieces of music.
Today I want to talk about doing scale runs on guitar with slurs that are smooth, slick, and light.
It’s really good for our technique to incorporate slurs – legato playing – into our scales.
In this video I’ll demonstrate a few descending scale runs on guitar with sheet music and tab that show you exactly where to use these slurs.
