SO much to PROCESS - WOW - I want to process some of these tears out before I go live.
It's NOT the same in pictures, movies, nothing!

These are some of the topics I want to cover:
Our perception of time (and reaction time)
Our perception of freedom
Needing permission for basic things
playing roles for survival
Using our gifts ANYWHERE - including JAIL - to heal
The ABUSIVENESS of our Criminal "Justice" system and how it effects EVERYONE
SURVIVAL TIPS that SAVED ME!
-pacing
-qigong
-singing
-prayer
-gratitude
-cleaning
- stood where i could get sunlight from window
- deep breathing
- thinking of all the people I love who miss me
- talking to myself

The ways they torture you:
1. entrapment
2. SLEEP DEPRIVATION
3. DIRTINESS
4. styrofoam and other chemicals
5. Low low quality food
6. lack of sunlight
7. yell at you
8. shame you
9. say you can do something then they don't allow it - CONFUSION
10. Isolation
11. not being able to talk to anyone
12. there's more... still processing - I know some of these are obvious but putting it into words can help change things I believe

Ways I saw improvement:
a guard told me not to worry I was getting out today - this kind of relief and encouragement
was atypical and kind and helpful

Positives things coming from this energetic experience:
A push to be more organized, on top of things, protected
Gratitude for basic rights
empathy for others
adding ripples of love to that place
slight shift in the energy of cell 109 at ACDC
