Northstream Bomber strikes AGAIN!!! Kakhovka Dam explosion (Ukraine)

Ironically I saw the news of this after coming back home from swimming.
Russia and Ukraine are blaming each other for this event.
Both have something to gain, and something to loose from doing it, so im not certain who it was.
So in doubt I go with the NORTHSTREAM BOMBER.

P.s. Concerning is that a nuclear power plant seems to be affected by this.
