During this period, she became an expert in the microbiome with an interest in treating Clostridium difficile (C. Diff). Through this process, she became one of the world's leaders in fecal microbial transplant. Through her research and experience, she realized the unmet need to dive deeper into the microbiome and she founded ProgenaBiome.

Most recently she published a fun easy to read book for the layperson called “Lets Talk Sh!t”
