For one reason and one reason only - they have trained for a long time, then gathered the experience to do the job.

No electrician is born with all the knowledge magicley in their head. With technology rapidly changing all over the world with solar, wind, and even kinetic energy we have to adapt to learn how that works too.

Nothing can beat experience in any trade. However many books you read or qualifications you have.

Good old getting your hands on experience will be the best lesson you learn in your life.

The thing is with working as a professional electrician there is always a challenge with fault finding.

Its knowing how to find that fault, then repair it to a high standard so it doesn't happen again.
