Why Do RC Car Manufacturers always Lie about the Top Speed? Team Corally Radix 6

Not ALL (Traxxas seem to be the worst), but most RC Car Manufacturers stick a nice high Top Speed on the box, and then tell you in small print you need different gearing, different batteries, and then a 2km Runway! WELL!..... I have them all! Lets see what it takes to get this Team Corally Radix 6 to 70mph!
