Love these. Smoked cheese. But sometimes we use it to add extra smoke for a fast cook in the smoker.

Starts quickly with heat gun and not flame. retains pellets well. but no handling process is good to handle while hot. must get long pliers and be careful. over all good product.
I bought these for a nice and easy way to be able to smoke with my traditional brick oven. Just add some quality pellets and you're ready to rock.

The pellet tube is well constructed and works as described. However,. The pellets smolder somewhat faster than indicated. It is good to have the second tube ready for longer smokes. I find that a full tune lasts about 2 hours max.
