Diablo IV 1: Frost Witch - The Blizzard Build

This is my Frost Witch, she uses Ice-based magic to freeze her enemies and make them vulnerable to more damage. She excels in controlling mobs but falls short against big bosses. Let me know what you think of this build. It's a lot of fun and a work in progress so any suggestions are appreciated. I'm hunting equipment that will help me take advantage of the Vulnerable status.
