The New People’s Army (NPA) say that they are being attacked by armed Drones which I think are likely to be the American MQ-1C Gray Eagle Drones while the Philippine Navy (PN) received its third and fourth out of nine Fast Attack Interdiction Craft (FAIC) Vessels
