New Queens Pride Parade & Multicultural Festival - Jackson Heights, Queens

On June 4, 2023, the New Queens Pride Parade & Multicultural Festival reportedly drew record crowds in Jackson Heights, Queens. The annual event is the second oldest and second largest pride parade in New York City, and was founded in 1993.

Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, and many New York City and State elected officials spoke and marched, along with parade founder Daniel Dromm. The festival featured two performance stages.
