System Shock: Enhanced Edition - Medical Level, Max Difficulty, Zero Security (No Commentary)

This isn't a no death run and I don't like using the respawns (don't like them in bioshock either) so if I die, I reload. I'll try to get all items and logs. Pause if you want to read the text only ones. I'll mainly be sticking to one level per video.
