TX SOS public comments RE: ES&S certification

NO ONE from the SOS office showed up to hear the public comments except and IT guy with a camera and a milk crate. He said the videos would be uploaded to a log file to prove that they had the meeting. Sadly, he said this was the first time anyone showed up to speak at one of these.
