Recreational Cannabis Legalization in Maryland. Specifically how is Maryland Allowing the people into the Market? Those other legislation admits are living in "disproportionately affected areas".
So what is a "disproportionately affected areas?"
What qualifies an individual to be part of Marylands approach to "equity" for these individuals?
Considering Maryland has iinnundated the state with industrialization thanks not least to the 15 rich white men to whom the initial medicinal licenses were issued. No small business has much chance now, so how is Maryland plan to change this?
