Crib midget abandons younger brother. Wtf are parents doing to their children?

Context: There I sat, filming this vid, when to kids ride by before and heading back down our trail.
They stop in front of my property, so then my dogs get excited to see who's here. I hear the young one yell "F*ck Off" while peeling out on his little dirt bike. I obviously surprised the older brother and he rallies on, leaving his brother with a stranger alone and 2 dogs. Shame. I only was getting my dogs to curb their excitement. The rest of what I wanted to say to the youngster is, " Stand your ground and don't be afraid." That, " if you run nature will chase you"
I wish I knew the kids parents so that I may speech with them. I commend the younger brother for stopping and listening even though it being briefer than explaining thoroughly a harmless situation.
Sad in this day and age, with so many pedos and drug addicts and thieves that this is where we are at. I don't blame kids for their actions so much as I blame the parenting. I.e. elders teachings.
