Wild Arms Let's Play (Part 68)

I Start out this video by improving some of Rudy's ARMs then go back to revisit some places to see if I missed anything. I ended up returning to Baskar Village and finding ZEPHYR finally!
I also failed to understand the timespace rings once again...
Finishing up, I managed to find all but 1 crest graph.... this stupid thing is going to haunt me.
