King Biden’s Budget

Do you believe in the separation of powers delineated in the Constitution? Apparently, Joe Biden and the Democrats don’t. And they are threatening to use the 14th Amendment to bypass Congress’s express power to raise revenue and pay debt. Now, Mark points out their dangerous path: If the President could write and fund his own budget there would be no reason to go to Congress. And Biden would make himself dictator.
