When Past hurts still hurt

I made this video three times and still didn't like the one I have posted. It was a hard video to stay composed and not hang my head down in defeat. I am on the struggle bus with past hurts. Are you? We have to learn to fully rely on God to take the pain and hurt away, and really truly forgive those hurts in our hearts. The enemy will try and bring us down and take our confidence and crush it. Sometimes we feel like he has won but God can defeat the enemy time and time again....if we let him.
