Canadian Frigate off Taiwan and shortages in Latvia

The HMCS Montreal was with an US Destroyer when the Chinese PLANA decided to play a game of chicken. Canadian troops in Latvia are personally buying better equipment and are jealous of the Danes who have better made equipment from Canada.
