Single Action Shooting with the Ruger Vaquero .45 Colt

A day with the Ruger Vaquero. This revolver is chambered in .45 Colt and was made in 1993-1994. The rounds are handloads from a Church brother.

This gun has been in the safe and it was nice to get it out for some trigger time. I tried some point shooting along with hip shots. The gun shoots very well with it's 7.5 inch barrel. An old style holster was used in a cowboy fashion.
