This cycle of videos is dedicated to the subject of history and the global historical process.

Part 3: The Sufficiently General Theory of Governance — Any process flowing in Creation can be described as a process of governance or self-governance. The global historical process is no exception.
One of the main problems of humanity in terms of education — is governerial illiteracy. The vast majority of the population of the planet today does not have life-consistent ideas about governance as a whole and how it is carried out; about the fact that there is not only structural, but also structureless governance, as well as governance on the basis of virtual structures; about the priorities of generalized means of governance, from governance by military means, up to governance by means impacting the worldview and world-understanding; the crucial and overlooked concept of stability of an object of governance in terms of predictability of behaviour; about the fact of the Highest Hierarchical All-Encompassing Governance, and how to interact with it in the course of setting and carrying out one's own objectives in life; the list continues.
For these reasons, a sufficiently general (in terms of universality of application) theory of governance (SGTG) has been worked out.
This video is a short lecture given by M.V. Velichko covering the fundamentals of the SGTG.
