Mindset is a perception and a cultivation of habits - sometimes, it’s difficult to put into words what mindset can really do for your outlook, mood, health, so many things in your life. As we know it, life happens and it’s okay to say “NO” and it’s true: “No” is a complete sentence and does not need an explanation. It’s how we say it.
