It would be nice if the thing came with some basic instructions on where and how to start the fire but with some trial and error I can now boil water w/o any undue consternation and keep the fire going with just ticks and other burnable bric-a-brac.
This is great to use while camping and I've even used this at my house to make a pot of chili....easy to use and I was amazed at how little fuel it needed

This is not a back packing stove. But it is a wonderful stove for camping or emergencies. It is sturdy and will last a lifetime. I am very happy with mine!
It was more heavy duty than I anticipated. It's a lifetime purchase for the outdoors. I highly recommend the rocket stove for outdoor lovers.
I’m still getting use to this product. Well made and seems to work fine. I like the design concept. Plan to just boil water for now. I’m a retired welder and may make some changes to it later
Ready for emergency situations and can use it to cook and just enjoy the campfire alone. Sturdy, easy to “assemble “ and inexpensive.

Really puts out a lot of heat--using a small amount of twigs and limbs. With some split aged hardwood, this would be a monster. Much, much more efficient than our cast-iron stove.
