Once you have been beach worming you don't want to waste any of that precious bait.

Metho recipe/method:

- Pour approx. 200mL Metho into a small container
- Add 8 drops red food colouring
- Soak your worms for about 30 seconds
- Take the suckers out, bag and freeze 'em!
