Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " Relying on substances " Caribbean Cruise

the Caribbean Cruise. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question about " relying on substances ." Abraham explains that you can use substances to soothe resistance but they do not allow you to translate negative emotion, and therefore you cannot sustain the elevated mood or feeling. The substance also does nothing in regards to releasing of resistance because you are only soothing the emotion. For example let's say you scape your knee and you have a scape you only but a bandaid on it, but you don't clean it or if it is really bad you don't go to the doctor to have them correct it surgically so that you are not left with a terrible scar in the case of a big scape.Like until we take charge of our emotional guidance system we will not release resistance on a consistent day by day case. That's the beauty of getting into alignment there is gradual movement. Now no one will make a lifetime progress in a day.
