Julie Shaffer Launches Lakota Campaign in a Wine Bar

Julie has been on the Lakota school board for a long time, since 2012. And over that time, she has had some embarrassing moments that, if she wanted to keep from the public, probably shouldn't have launched her campaign at a wine bar.
