This happens to all of us. Throughout the video, I give little tips and tricks that help me whenever I'm feeling this way. Use this video as a guide or for entertainment as you watch my energy levels slowly increase as I start feeling like my true self again.

I've become self-aware of how my motivation works. I need a goal, a purpose. I also need to be held accountable for something. Doing challenges helps that.
