Jaimie's 47yr old Morning Exercises

This one has been requested a few times, so here's my Monday morning exercises for Nov. 21, 2022. I completely change exercise routine whenever I feel like it's getting old. I've been doing this one for about 6 months and am still feeling improvement. There's a heavy focus on strengthening legs because after I finished building my house my legs felt terrible running. now I'm back in much better running shape. ....can run on concrete barefoot without discomfort.

Monday, Wed, Fri I do basically the same thing with minor changes.

Monday: I wear a 35lb weight vest (That's the chainmail vest I'm wearing), and hold 2.5lbs in each hand. The last section of my exercises is circuit training with 40s exercise, 20s rest
Wednesday: No vest, just hand weights (2.5lbs each). Circuit training is 30s exercise, 30s rest
Friday: No weight, Circuit is 20s Exercise, 40s rest so I focus of optimal form, and explosiveness. (Monday, I just try to get through it without passing out)

Tuesday, Thursday: Yoga type stretches. Tuesday with weight vest, Thursday no weight.

Most of my exercise, though, comes from building things, driving a pedal boat, etc.
