I got the batteries in, charging from the panels, and wired to the speed controller. The boat is fully functional. :-) Now I need to test it a lot to see if anything shakes loose or explodes or anything stupid like that happens.

The batteries are Redodo 24V 100AH LiFePO4's

Charge controller is a Renogy Adventurer PWM.

Speed controller is an old alltrax. Still working.

Solar Panels are from Sharp. I've had 'em for like 9 years and they're still working well.

The rest I made myself. :-)
