Today, Shalom and I talk about thoughts and feelings and how thoughts can affect the physical (feelings), but how feelings can also affect our thoughts! We also speak about colours, red, blue and green and the correlation between one's body type and the dominance of one of the 3 colours. We touch on exercise and how different forms of exercise and movement (dance, martial arts, gymnastics, etc) can help maintain good overall body function.
