YOGA WEBINAR
Waves Women Empowerment has organized an event on 11th of August 2021(Wednesday) on "YOGA" for women, where our yoga mentor was YOGACHARYA SHALLU. In the webinar, she told us about how yoga has always been helpful in the physical and mental state. Today, its importance has increased even more due to the CORONA PANDEMIC all around the world. She taught everyone different YOGA ASANAS like Balasana, Dhanurasana, Salabhasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana...etc. As COVID-19 is affecting all the people mentally, YOGA is considered to be really helpful in balancing mental state and also boosting immunity. We are very thankful of YOGACHARYA SHALLU ma'am for being a great mentor to all of us
