Fear works against you, not for you. Fear hinders your healing and treatment. Fear paralyzes us from moving forward into all that God has for us. It breeds doubt. Fear and doubt are the danger zone in which a defeated mentality takes hold.

From there we are caught up in a downward spiral of hopelessness. When we open the door to fear, we turn our backs on faith. We say with our actions, God we don’t trust you. That’s a very dark, dangerous place to be. Don’t open the door when fear knocks.

Fear is like that cold. Fear is out there all the time, ready for you to let it in. Often you will find yourself a little anxious and worried, a little discouraged and doubtful.

Often have moments when you don’t feel capable of solving your problems, meeting your challenges, or overcoming your sorrows. Those are symptoms that need immediate attention.

Fear is something that can paralyze a person. However, anyone can learn how to deal with their fears. The main problem that people face when it comes to their fears is that they want to cling to the fear because it has become a part of who they are. If you are not ready to face your fear, you are not going to be able to get over them quite yet.

Things that you might want to do if you are going to deal with your fear is to be aware of it. You need to know that fear is causing a problem in your life.
Whenever you are feeling fearful, consider writing down exactly how you feel. Keeping a journal of your fears will provide you with a way to rationally think about your fears.
