One pot Green Chili Chicken and Potato. Great comfort food

When the weather calls for comfort food, nothing says comfort like a nice hot spicy bowl of Green chili and add some chicken and potato.

Season all ingredients to taste.

I added
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Red Chili powder
Onions
Garlic
Poblano Pepper
Chicken Thigh
Green Enchilada Sauce
