A story of how Adazowa, a young lady in a small community in the Central Region of Ghana, decides to process GARI (a common food item along the coast of West Africa) from her cultivated cassava, rather than sell the raw cassava to the market women who are unwilling to pay value for the harvested cassava.
This documentary also highlights how Samuel, a teacher and a part time farmer, faced with the similar challenge of selling his cultivated cassava, does not only get Adazowa to process his cassava but sources for cassava, buys them and gets them to Adazowa to process for a ready and waiting market.
