Call to Worship: Isaiah 40:10-11
See, the Sovereign Lord comes with power,
and He rules with a mighty arm.
See, His reward is with Him,
and His recompense accompanies Him.
He tends his flock like a shepherd:
He gathers the lambs in His arms
and carries them close to His heart;
He gently leads those that have young.

Congregational Prayer:
Sovereign Lord, Your love for Your people is immeasurable. As the scripture says, You watch over us like a good shepherd. To be lifted into Your arms and held close to Your heart is to know peace that passes all understanding. Surely we are blessed to be Yours. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
