Unreviewed by major online review sites, so I thought an appropriate one to show how my original review stacks up to the big time reviews. mind you those are composites of multiple reviews, this is my own. That said let's discuss Breath Mints Budder.
Flower of this strain is dark to medium olive green in color with areas of Deep Purple in near black. It has mediocre number of bright orange pistols and large chunky Trico, that caused a shimmer however not quite a snowy frosting like smaller structure trichomes might do.
This strain was originally produced by sin city seed company and is not now nor was it ever available in a feminized seed. This means that to grow The Strain one either takes a random shot with a batch of the seeds or gets a clone. The bud structure breath mints is conicle in shape but with longer thinner cones of buds instead of shorter rounder in nice knots
Cannabinoid profile of this concentrate in particular test in at 80.96%. That is made up of 2.42% THC, 76.86% thca, 0.54% CBG, and 1.14% cbga. This combined with the terpene profile I love this concentrate in my opinion for the purposes of this educational review, I would make this blend a great day time pain killer but not quite a night time knockout. I also would venture to say that for most people this would be useful for gastrointestinal issues as well given the following terpene lab results.
The terpene profile 4 best concentrate Tustin at 6.44%. Which consists of alpha pinene 0.17%, beta pinene 0.27%, beta-myrcene 0.96%, limonene 1.33%, terpinolene 0.20%, linalool 0.71%, beta caryophyllene 1.90%, humulene 0.58%, and beta eudesmol 0.32%.
The relatively significant levels of limonene contribute to the gastrointestinal benefits of this strain as it is useful for appetite control as well as anti-inflammatory purposes. The fact that this terpene is geared towards anti-inflammatory issues is important because beta-myrcene is also an anti-inflammatory as well as a sedative antibiotic and pain reliever.
I would say for the experienced user that this strain would be a good daytime pain killer. However for the inexperienced user I would recommend using this strain as an evening blend a it v isn't quite a knockout in my opinion.
The levels of limonene and linalool present lend themselves to this flowers medicinal use as an appetite control mechanism. The levels of anti inflammatory terpene present also combine with those above to decrease inflammation in the gut to aid in appetite control.
The parent strains breath mints are Mendo breath and sin mint cookies. Mendo breath is a cross of two Mendo breath F1 phenotypes. Send mint cookies is a cross of Girl Scout cookies and blue Power. If one goes further back into the genealogy of the strain you can see where the intense purple coloring of these flowers comes from.
There are several parents train that contribute several Generations back two this beautiful flower that are of the lovely Indica purp family. From several different stains. The majority of the genealogy of this train comes from the sin mint cookies cost with blue power side of the parentage. Mendo breath phenotype cross is rather simple compared to the extensive genealogy family tree of the latter.
I would definitely 100% recommend this train and this concentrate for anybody who number one Lowe's LG Taste of skunk and Diesel. Call on exhaling this concentrate I honestly do notice a minty aftertaste that lingers on your tongue for some time after the exhale. I cannot comment on what tier all flower smells like or the flower working up as I am reviewing the concentrate more specifically budder.
