Human Experimentation: If Not the ETs, then Who?

One of the biggest narratives to come from “experiencers” & “alien abductees” has been the human experimentation narrative. If there are no ETs, then who is responsible for this unwitting human experimentation & injuries? Who has a history of unwitting experimentation? Hmm 🤔
