Them hammies be tight? If you consistently stretch them but they don’t seem to loosen up at all then it’s possible there could actually be a glute/ham weakness contributing to the tightness you’re experiencing. When you do this test, keep your hips all the way elevated throughout. If they start to drop some, that is also an indication of weak glutes.
